We measure what advertising actually earns
BuyingCRM is the analytics platform our media buying team uses every day. It brings advertising spend together with order and revenue data from our affiliate partners, so every offer is judged by profit rather than by clicks.
The problem we solve
An advertising account shows how much was spent. An affiliate partner shows how many orders arrived and which of them were paid for. Neither side sees the whole picture, and the gap between them is where money is lost.
Our team runs dozens of offers across several advertising accounts. Without a single view, a campaign can look successful for a week while quietly losing money, because approval rates and buyout rates only become clear later.
What the platform does
Brings the two sides together
Daily spend from advertising accounts is matched with order data from affiliate partners, down to individual campaigns, ad groups and creatives.
Shows real profitability
Profit and ROI per offer, per buyer and per traffic source — including forecasts based on historical approval and buyout rates.
Settles with the team
Payouts are calculated from each buyer's net result using commission tiers agreed in advance, with a full audit trail.
How it works
- Traffic is taggedEvery advertising link carries markers for the platform, campaign, ad group, creative and advertising account.
- Spend is collectedDelivery metrics are pulled from our advertising accounts once per hour and stored in our own database.
- Orders arriveAffiliate partners send order data through their APIs or as periodic reports, carrying the same markers.
- The two are matchedSpend and orders meet at the level of a single creative, which is where profitability becomes visible.
- The team actsBuyers see which offers earn and which drain budget, and adjust campaigns accordingly.
BuyingCRM is not a public product. It is an internal tool built for our own media buying team and used on our own advertising accounts. We do not sell it, resell access to it, or operate accounts on behalf of third-party advertisers.
