Privacy

This page explains what data the platform holds, where it comes from and how it is protected.

What we store

• Advertising data. Spend, impressions, clicks, reach and campaign settings from the advertising accounts we operate.
• Order data. Order status, product, amounts and tracking markers, received from our affiliate partners.
• Team data. Accounts of our team members and their results, used to calculate payouts.

What we do not do

We do not sell, share or resell any of this data. We do not use it for purposes other than internal analytics and team settlements. We do not provide access to anyone outside our team.

How it is protected

• All access requires authentication; what each person sees depends on their role.
• API credentials and passwords are stored encrypted.
• Backups are encrypted and stored separately from the server.
• Changes to financial records are written to an audit log.

Customer data

Order processing and customer communication are handled entirely by our affiliate partners. Where order records reach our database, they are used only to match orders against advertising spend and to calculate profitability.
