Integrations
The platform reads data from the advertising accounts we own and from the affiliate partners we work with. Everything is stored in our own database and used only inside our team.
Advertising platforms
We connect to the advertising accounts our team operates. Three kinds of data are involved:
- Reporting. Daily spend, impressions, clicks, reach and frequency per campaign, ad group and creative. Pulled once per hour, read-only.
- Account information. The list of advertiser accounts we have access to, with their currency and timezone, so spend is attributed to the right account and converted correctly.
- Campaign management. Campaign status and settings are read to display them alongside performance. Campaigns are paused or resumed according to thresholds our media buying team configures manually.
Every automated action follows a rule a person on our team created. The platform does not create campaigns, change budgets or bids, upload creatives, or act on accounts that do not belong to us.
Affiliate partners
Our partners handle order processing, delivery and payment collection. They send us order data — status, product, sale amount, cost and the tracking markers that came with the click. Some partners provide an API, others export periodic reports; both paths lead to the same place in our database.
Two payout models are in use. Under cost-per-action, the partner pays a fixed amount per approved order. Under revenue share, we receive a share of the margin on orders that were actually paid for, and carry a share of the return costs.
Traffic attribution
Every advertising link carries markers identifying the platform, campaign, ad group, creative and advertising account. Orders arrive with the same markers, which is how spend and revenue meet.
Advertising platforms sometimes substitute their own placement name in the source marker, so we treat known placement names as belonging to their platform. When the source marker is missing entirely, the advertising account identifier tells us where the traffic came from. Orders that carry neither are kept in a separate group rather than assigned to a platform by guesswork.
Data handling
Advertising and order data is stored on our own server and used only for internal analytics. Credentials are encrypted. Backups are encrypted and kept separately. We do not sell, share or resell any of this data.
